Samet Yoga Workshop 15 and 16 July Amsterdam

Our body, energy and mind are interconnected and the ancient yoga practices in this workshop are designed to integrate and harmonize all aspects of our being, to have a happier more creative, healthy and spiritual life. During this weekend, you will have the opportunity to enjoy more of Amaro’s great adjustments, learning more about the vinyasa playground. Only limited places available for this workshop.

This workshop is appropriate for ALL levels, from the very beginning students to the more advanced practitioners. While we would recommend you to join the whole program for 2-days, single classes are also possible.

15 July: Morning class                   10.30 – 12.30 

           Afternoon class                 15.30 – 17.30

           Afternoon class                 15.30 – 17.30

Price: 80 EU for two days including organic vegetarian lunch and tea
